How do I log in?

  1. Students, faculty, staff log in with your University NetID and password at:https://eacct-georgetown-sp.blackboard.com/GOCard 
  2. Parents can make deposits without logging in. Just click "Make a guest deposit" on the login page. No need to login. Please be sure to know the student University ID # that is receiving the deposit!
  3. If authorized by their child, parents can register on the parent portal to log in first, then link to their child's account https://eacct-georgetown-sp.blackboard.com/GOCardParent

How long before the money appears on my GOCard account?
Immediately!  Once the credit card transaction successfully processes, the money is instantly added to your GOCard account.

I see my credit\debit card has been charged, however the funds are not posted to the GOCard account.  How do I get my money back on my credit\debit card?
If your credit card has been authorized for the purchase but a system problem prevented the funds from being added to the GOCard, the transaction has automatically been voided. The funds will be returned to your credit\debit card based on the terms of the issuing bank of your credit\debit card.  This can take 2-5 business days depending on the issuing bank's policy.

PARENTS - I am being prompted to register my customer information, do I need to do this?
PARENTS, If you want full access and are authorized, yes, in order to review transactions for your student, you must register your customer information and then and link your information with your child's university ID #, card number, and email address.

Can I upload my photo through the eAccounts app?

What happens to the money on a lost card?
Any funds left on your card will be transferred to your new card. New cards can be obtained from a GOCard office https://gocard.georgetown.edu/hours-locations/ for a fee of $25. Please be certain to deactivate your card on the online card office. GOCard is not responsible for funds used on a lost or stolen card.

Can I get a refund of unused funds on my card when I graduate or leave Georgetown?
Yes, balances over $25 can be refunded. Please see https://gocard.georgetown.edu/information/debit/

How do I use the Eaccounts mobile app?
You can find the Eaccounts app in both the Android and Apple store. Register 'Georgetown University' and then log in with your netid and password. You will be prompted for, and must be enrolled in, DUO to use the app. DUO prevents your accounts from being compromised by requiring a second 'factor' to log in. Please see https://uis.georgetown.edu/accounts/netid-password-security/duo/enroll-in-duo Also be aware that once you enroll in DUO, you will be prompted for multi-factor authentication for most other services as well.

Apologies, but parent will not be able to use the mobile app. This feature is only available to the account holder.

Why can't I see my balances on the mobile app?
Please make sure you are using the current version of the eaccounts app.  An older version has been replaced and will no longer work.

How do I make a deposit using the eAccounts mobile app?
In order to make a deposit using the eAccounts app, you must first save a payment method on your account on the eAccounts website.
